Gordon Commercial, the owner of this multi-family high-end rental, is a family-owned business that believes in restoring existing buildings.

We worked together conceptually to imagine the potential renters and designed towards them. Playing with ideas of a futuristic beehive sparked a techno-organic mood with tones of amber, milk, and honey.

Mindful of maintenance and budget considerations, we chose textured porcelain wall tiles, high gloss cabinetry, and black stainless appliances. We created vintage moments using penny tile and apricot glass brick to accentuate a touch of nostalgia to these modern spaces.

We collaborated with architect Jamie Meyer to thoughtfully design each unit in this multi-family building as a variation on a theme.
